「The property was just as described/pictured. It is on the backside of the main house and can be accessed through the alleyway that runs parallel to the primary house’s main street. Be on the lookout for that as we made the mistake of not using the alley initially. It was small, definitely wouldn’t be comfortable for more than two people, but clean and well appointed. The water pressure and temperature were amazing and it was centrally located without being too busy.」

「The location was great. Hot tub was very nice. It was a nice space. It is a basement unit which was not clear from posting. Also, since it is a basement unit it was quite loud. You could hear whenever anyone walked or did anything above. 」

「This place was really nice and in a good area. You are no more then 15 mins away from everything in Fort Collins and would for sure stay here again.」

「Perfect for a short stay! Quiet and very clean rooms with beautiful appointments.」

「This house on mountain was wonderful. Loved sitting and drinking my coffee on the couch looking out at the street in the morning. We walked everywhere. So close to trail and old town with all the shops and restaurants. If we are ever back in Fort Collins we will definitely stay here.」

「Susie’s place worked great for our stay in Ft. Collins. It’s conveniently located to Old Town, so it’s a short walk for dining and shopping. The access to the Poudre River Trail system is excellent. If you intend to do much cooking, kitchen supplies are limited. It wasn’t an issue with us, as there are a lot of good restaurants in Old Town. Susie was an excellent host, quick to respond if we needed anything. 」

「We had a wonderful stay here. Super close to campus. Walking distance to the beautiful CSU flower garden. Two parking spaces was nice so our college kids could come over. And the family room, kitchen, and fire pit were great.」

「Wonderful, very reasonably priced place to stay. The house is broken into 8 studio units so the only space you "share" is the laundry/ice room, hallway, and there are multiple decks to hang out on. Still, very private, and hardly ran into anyone. Super easy check in/out. Very clean. Stocked w everything you might need, especially if you want to cook or grill. I hate to leave a good review bc I'd like to keep this place a secret, but in essence of good Karma, don't miss this great place,...

「Great little basement apartment with everything you could need, well maintained & very clean. Super friendly host and very accommodating.」

「Perfect location 1.5 blocks from center of town.Spacious, clean, beautiful loft with every amenity I could think of.」
