Checking in was a breeze, and the staff member who took my breakfast room service order was wonderful she even offered a complimentary fruit plate, which made the experience feel even more thoughtful and special. The hospitality truly added to my birthday experience, and I would definitely stay here again."

"I found the staff friendly, approachable and willing to assist - I needed help to understand the elevator - they were there. I needed something scanned - they were there. I needed needle and thread - they were there. Thank you. But of particular delight was the breakfast served every day - I stayed six days. I want to say a big shout out and thank you to Amoya - the Hostess in the breakfast area and to the chef who tantilised my palate with boiled yam, dumplings, creole mackerel and kidney.
