"Had a studio apartment for two for just two nights. Accommodation very clean, with well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining seating and large comfortable bed. Sadly, the purpose of our trip was to attend a funeral, but would definitely return in happier circumstances. "

You have to go to Rocky Bottoms crab restaurant and also the obvious upstairs and No1.Can also highly recommend breakfast at whitewater, just on the seafront around the corner. "

"Surf Cottage exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything one might need and was well designed. The cottage was very spacious and tastefully furnished throughout. The outdoor courtyard area to sit in was an added bonus. Great position with shops, pubs, eateries and the sea front right on the doorstep. I would love to return for another stay. Thanks too for the Welcome Gift goodies, Richard and Fran."

"My stay was comfortable, but due to regulations, the windows could only open 6 inches. I came on the hottest weekend of the year and the room was 25 degrees at night without a breeze. I have suggested a fan for such nights in the future. This was a lovely stay and Richard is very helpful. I can recomment this B&B to anyone who is looking for a close to the centre/beach holiday in Cromer. I would hope to return again. Thank you Richard."

"This house provided very satisfactory accommodation for our family group of 13 for a week. It is in a very central position for shops, beach, pier etc.The two lounges were ideal for different interests. The outdoor area was great in good weather. Beds/rooms were comfortable & toilet/shower/bath facilities sufficient. Inevitably there are many steps between floors! We could have done with more kitchen storage & the layout between cooker/sink/fridge is not ideal, but we could sit at one table to eat together. Not all 'toilet' doors were easy to lock. However we had just the most amazing family time together in the one dwelling so were most appreciative of all that it offered. Thank you"
