"The property was not that clean. Cobwebs on most curtains and in other areas. Its sleeps 5 people but only enough crockery for 4 and half of the plates had cracks. ( i do have photos). Over all a disappointment."

Surf Cottage. Beautiful 4 bed townhouse, the heart of Cromer, steps to the beach
10/10 Excellent
"Surf Cottage exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything one might need and was well designed. The cottage was very spacious and tastefully furnished throughout. The outdoor courtyard area to sit in was an added bonus. Great position with shops, pubs, eateries and the sea front right on the doorstep. I would love to return for another stay. Thanks too for the Welcome Gift goodies, Richard and Fran."
"The cottage was quaint but very tired looking, the stairs are extremely steep. There was everything we needed, including tea, coffee and milk. There are no lights in the alley to get to the back door or at the back door itself. There was a lot of noise from the pub at the top of the street. "
Seaforth - Fabulous FAMILY HOUSE, seconds from the BEACH with stunning SEA VIEWS
10/10 Excellent
"Perfect location for Cromer. Can’t get any closer to beach or town. Be aware that you can’t park near property and no downstairs toilet. Nice farm/sea house feel. Worked really well for what we needed. "

"Wonderful flat - much more roomy than it appears in the photos, and a very clever use of space. Clean and modern, with plenty of seating, TVs with all the usual apps loaded. Location is amazing - lovely to look out and watch the world go by along Cromer High Street, and just a minute or so from the coast and the iconic pier and beach."
