「I read previous reviews prior to booking as I was looking for a safe and clean space. This place did not disappoint. Basically brand new, very clean, and in a very safe area. Lots of parking! Even if you’re not technology savvy the contactless check-in was so easy!! They also respond back asap to text messages! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean and safe spot to stay while in Portland.」

「The location was great short drive to restaurants and shopping. The bed was very comfortable. The host replied in a timely fashion when contacted . The shower was good but there was only 2-bath towels and one hand towel no wash cloths. 「Property is beat up!!!! Entrance is dimmly lit and hasn't been painted in years. Stairs to the third floor apartment are VERY steep and make it difficult to get even a small suitcase up there safely. Balcony has a nice chairs, cute cushions and a view but is rickety and has a really rough surface. It's in serious need of sanding and painting. The second set of stairs off the deck are also VERY steep.
Bathroom has a low slanted ceiling and no mirror over the sink. There's one behind you...
