There is a large living area with two sofa beds where you can relax after a day in the city.
Also, a big dining table where you can have a delicious homemade meal with your family/friends.
The bedrooms come with comfy beds with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathrooms are equipped with all you need for your stay.
Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment.
Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.
Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The neighborhood is calm, safe and it is located right next to one of the main avenues of Lisbon. Near the apartment, you can find a big offer of local commerce, restaurants, coffees and leisure places. In a short walk you can reach Restauradores, Rossio, Baixa, Chiado and Alfama.

Many places in Lisbon are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest Metro stop: Anjos (VD line): (2min walking)
To come from the airport is quite easy, just take the metro, change to the green line at Alameda station, get off at Intendente station and walk a few minutes to the apartment taking a total of about 25 minutes.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30. Fees to be paid upon arrival.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 150€ included.
