Designed with an open living, dining and semi-secluded kitchen area, this home is a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The living room has a comfy sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table and chairs. You can access the private terrace from the living room, where you can dine al-fresco style.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric stove, a fridge, and a microwave.
The bedroom contains a queen-size bed and two windows that brighten the room. It also has drawers to store your belongings.
The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The apartment has been professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The Graça District is one of Lisbon's oldest suburbs, located on top of the highest hill, a few blocks northeast of the Castelo de Sao Jorge and just up the hill from São Vincente de Fora Monastery. The neighbourhood, which centres around the Lago da Graça (the number 28 tram stops here), boasts some of the most spectacular views in Lisbon. The most famous viewpoint is the Miradouro de Santa Graca, which offers the whole of central Lisbon and the castle to the north.
Graça is a charming place whose narrow streets are brimming with cake shops and restaurants frequented mainly by locals.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest tram station, R. Graça, is just a 2-minute walk. The apartment is also within walking distance of several Lisbon Metro stations, including Martim Moniz, Intendente, Rossio, Sete Rios, and Campolide. This makes it easy for guests to travel and see all the sights.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
