Cosy flat with very good location

We were very satisfied from the flat, comfortable beds, everything needed in the kitchen exept liquid soap, salt and sparkle for the gas stove. The only problem was the steep street from the station and metro stop, steep and narrow staicase, so it was really difficult to carry our suitcase up. Another problem was to make the water with comfortable temperature in the bathroom. But the location was super. Very near the market at the Pantheon, organized every Saturday and Tuesday. We will come again for sure!

Top location

The apartment is cosy, with very good location. Clean and supplied with the most necessary utilities. Very steep for a walk and carring a luggage from Apolonia Station. The staircase to the second floor is also steep and narrow to carry a suitcase. No liquid soap in bathroom.bisuitcase.

Tricky

Despite the natural light and external windows in every room, with exception of the bathroom, a few cosy details and good location, the services offered weren't true. No internet services at all, even when was part of the deal, internet and TV were unplugged since the beginning, mocking of us with no real intention to fix it.

Tricky

Despite the good things about the apartment, clean, natural light and exterior windows (except at the bathroom) and some cosy details, main issues as the internet service is not available, even when is part of the deal, the tv service wasn't working as well. The company on charge of the apartment apologised but didn't solve anything. Quite unpleasant experience, com considering you're not renting a place to deal with troubles

Idéalement placé mais bruyant la nuit

Les + : Idéalement situé en plein quartier touristique, Bien équipé avec une machine à laver, Surface très correcte pour 4 personnes. Les - : Attention escaliers très raides au 2eme étage, pas d'ascenseur, Douche sans mitigeur, eau chaude pénible a régler, Pas un vrai lit dans une chambre, c'est un lit pliant, Extrêmement bruyant toute la nuit à cause des touristes dans la rue qui crient.

nous avons pas apprécier cette location a notre arrivée cafetière qui ne fonctionnait pas Nous avons pris contact avec la conciergerie pris une vidéo mais cela n a rien donne un spot sur deux fonctionnait dans la cuisine et le dernier jour aucun des deux ne fonctionnait = pas de lumière dans la cuisine eau de la douche était soit carrément froide ou soit carrément brulante nous avons du réparer un volet a notre arrivée celui était carrément sorti des coulisses interrupteur décollé branchement douteux Et pour clôture des voisins du dessous qui nous ont reproche de faire du bruit après 22h alors que nous étions couches avec menace d appeler la police et inscription sur notre porte UN SOIR IL SONT VENU AVEC UN OUTILS FRAPPER A NOTRE PORTE ET ONT ENDOMMAGE LA PORTE NOUS AVONS EU TRES TRES PEUR TELLEMENT CE MONSIEUR NOUS APPARAISSAIT VIOLENT Notre séjour a étéa vraiment gâché J espère que vous allez faire quelque chose

Great location, but also noisy

Arranged for early check in. Facilitator with Guest Ready was 15 mins late. Cleaning staff arrived at 3pm as we were waiting. Once inside, discovered previous guests still had their belongings there, and a set of keys. Check in is normally 4pm. We lost 2 hrs waiting for the unit to be cleaned and then for the previous nights guests to come get their belongings and give us their keys. Upon speaking with them, it was entirely a Guest ready error and they'd been getting treated very poorly by this company ( their unit the night before, Guest ready could not find their keys, so they got put up in our place. Then told no one was checking in on the 5th and they could keep their things there. Then they got a panic call to return to the apartment immediately to get their things and to leave). Messed up their day too. Guest ready assured us we would get a refund for the mix up. Off we then went for a few groceries, purchased coffee pods for the coffee maker. Next morning when getting breakfast ready, coffee maker wasn't working and leaking water. Once again messaged Guest ready and they said they would compensate us. All I really wanted was for them to send the facilitator back with a working one. I didn't think that would be so hard when we would be there 10 days. Apparently not. They refunded us 30 euro. Both for having bought coffee pods for no apparent reason, and for the check in debacle. Alfama is a great area. We loved the neighborhood. But it was noisy at night- with no AC, just be cognizant of the noise with the windows open. The curtain in the main bedroom should be replaced, and with a room darkening one. Bathroom also needs a major face-lift, but otherwise everything was as advertised. There is also a soup kitchen right next door, although we experienced zero issues, be prepared to see vagrants and the homeless queueing there, and then loitering all over the steps of the pantheon ( as the steps are seen in the puctures). For future vacations, we will avoid properties that are managed by Guest ready. We were dissapointed by their response to our concerns.

Séjour agréable

Appartement tres cosy decore avec soin (seule la salle de bain a besoin d amélioration). Il est bien situe avec la gare Appolonia a proximité, d ou partent train, bus et métro. On a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour

Appartement idéalement situé. Quartier agréable et touristique.

L'appartement mériterait un petit coup de peinture et le robinet de la baignoire à être chargé. Mais à part cela appartement agréable.
