「Great location, very clean and had all the essentials. Only drawback was the shower was quite small. Other than that, everything was great!」

「This was a perfect little place for the weekend. Quiet yet walkable to downtown, I loved this rental. It was the weekend of my father's celebration of life and this was a perfect place to unwind and relax leading up to, and after, the celebration. The couple upstairs have a beautiful black dog, too!」

「This was a great place to stay! Short walk to the heart of Freeport, which is a nice small town with a lot of shops and good restaurants. There were pretty steep steps up to the apartment, but if you don’t have a problem with that, you’ll love it. It has a very spacious updated kitchen that seemed well equipped — beds were comfortable (including the pull out sofa) and bathroom was clean and functional. The hosts communicated well with us. 」

「It met our needs but for the price, it was just a bit shy in quality/cleanliness. Nothing super major, but just the little things....The kitchen was good. Check in instructions were clear. 」

「Yes.Arriving at the front door and being told to go yo another cold place where I had no food (lost my Instacart grocery and restaurant closed), coffee, tea, dinner- has never happened to me before. At any rental. I’ve been doing this for a while. First time. 」

「GREAT place would go back in a heartbeat. My only add-on would be a microwave in the future, more so on an extended stay and leftovers lol. We reported a couple of SMALL issues and they replied rather quickly. We did not go to the Lake due to temps and not sure if I missed info on Lake access. All in all a 10 out of 10. This was our first Air B&B type experience and very happy! Also thanks for our nice surprises!」

「The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped and roomy. Only my husband and I stayed this trip, but the space is plenty large enough to accommodate a family. Thank you to Spencer and his wife for helping us by quickly replacing the large flat screen TV that went on the fritz. They were so attentive and pleasant to deal with. The apartment is actually in walking distance to restaurants and sights in Topsham and Brunswick. We hiked the bridge loop trail and really enjoyed it. Supermarket...
