Close to everything you might want to do for hiking and excursions but once you're sitting on the deck at the lake you really feel like you've "gotten away". 「Very peaceful and relaxing. The property had everything you never knew you might need. Like some lighter fluid for the fire place, completely forgot that I can't start a fire like a cave man. But with the lighter fluid it was easy. We loved it, even though it rained one day there was plenty to do in the house. Would definitely recommend!」

「We loved the lake house. It was so peaceful and quiet. The lake was beautiful. We floated in our tubes, sat in our camp chairs that we brought and read our books. My favorite things were hearing and seeing the loons, the pileated woodpeckers at the feeders and the magical pathway walk down to the lake. My son lives about 15 minutes away and it was so nice to be close by to him, Portland and Windham. We enjoyed eating dinner out on the deck as well. 」
