"Posto molto bello, ma andrebbe rinnovato. Soprattutto il costo del soggiorno è troppo elevato per i servizi offerti. Basti considerare che nonostante la tariffa della camera sia molto alta, si paga l’accesso alla piscina. Inoltre manca internet e la pulizia dell’abitazione è ogni 4 giorni. Infine assurdi i prezzi del bar: 16 euro per un pane cunzato minuscolo. In conclusione posto dalle grandi potenzialità. Serve una gestione più attenta. "

"We spent a week in Carlo's aeolian house. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was exactly as described: Very authentic, perfectly located with a wonderful view on the other islands and direct entry to the sea, close to Lipari city. "It's hard to describe this hotel is like stepping into the 70s with so much charm. The restaurant was lovely for dinner watching the sunset. Breakfast was ok, a good choice of options. Walk to town was easy down driveway across volcanic rock beach and up a street on otherside, Then was quite flat to get around town centre. Water off the hotel is amazing, and pool warm and lovely. Rooms are definitely older style but space was good. We will be back, loved it with all of its quirks!"

Enjoyed the stay

"I enjoyed the stay, the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I think the 10 euros for the ride from the port to the hotel was a bit much since it’s a 5 minute drive but it’s needed if you have a big suitcase. Breakfast was very good and the view was great."

"Lucia and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. Perfect location for the ferry - a 2-minute walk to the hotel. We liked the breakfast and the view of the Volcano from the terrace. You could see the red glow Very convenient location."

Love on first sight

"Loved it so much we already plan to come back. Everyone so friendly and kind and helpful, best service with smile and always happy to help. The grounds are perfect, with space to chill and direct access to the beach with thermal water. Breakfast delicious, room very nice with sea view. A bit noisy from the port but we did not mind it. It was so beautiful to watch the vulcano above us. Eros made us to fall in love with this place."
