The annex has its own entrance, living area, bedroom, and bathroom with shower. The house has been carefully restored, preserving original Sicilian Liberty-style floors and ceilings. Amenities include TV, video on demand, fan, dedicated workspace, and 1 cot. Sea view.
Outside, enjoy the private garden with fruit trees, accessible from the ground floor. The private covered terrace is shaded by a century-old wisteria, while the open terrace is furnished with table, chairs, and loungers. The annex also has its own outdoor area with table, chairs, hob, and sink. A private barbecue is at your disposal. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.
