About this property

Former Forest Ranger's Cabin in Lindewitt

  • Take a vacation on historic grounds. Since around 1848, the old forester’s house has stood here on the ruins of Lindewitt Castle, complete with a moat—of which, unfortunately, very little remains.
Among its owners were Count Rantzau and General von Blücher and his wife, Christina Sophie, Countess of Holstein-Holsteinburg.

The Lindewitt Forest is perfect for long walks or bike rides.
The forester’s house is centrally located between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, on the Danish border.
