New and neat enough to feel nice, but not stark or sterile, it felt like a home, rather than a show house, but wasnt cluttered enough to feel lived in, just enough to get comportable. We had a great time, host was perfect, we had everything we needed for all ages, including a pack n play for the baby. Host was even kind enough to ship us something we left behind. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, backyard felt like a country property, wish it would have been warm enough for a fire! Definitely saving this one for future trips :-) Thanks for a perfect stay!
