"The floor looked like someone had spilled something and it had not been cleaned. The smoke alarm went off all night. The mirror had a layer of dust. I only stayed one night and I was scheduled for 3. I got up early and went to the hospital and did not get back til one. They only wanted to refund for 1 day. They offered me another room that was supposed to be smoke free, but the smoke alarm was still going off. No coffee or breakfast."

"One star removed as the neighborhood was not as expected and one of the bedroom doors next to the bathroom did not close which effected us having to be very quiet once they went to bed. Otherwise the house was very clean, stocked well, spacious, plenty of outlets, centrally located to everything, host was helpful, and beds were comfortable."

"Spacious and comfortable for our group. Great kitchen area and bathrooms. Was missing kitchen utensils, kitchen towels, pot holders. Made it difficult to prepare food. We are used to the basics being there."

"My recent stay at this property was poor. The overhead light in the bathroom was broken, fortunately the light from the heat lamp worked and provided some visibility. The toilet seat was too small and the wrong shape (commode was oval, seat was round). There was no hair dryer or facial tissues. There were no clothes hangers for the closet area, when I inquired I was told "we don't provide hangers." There was no iron available (I went to Walmart and purchased a travel steamer). The TV didn't work-signal was never available. Carpet was so dirty my shoes were sticking to when I walked across the room. Ice machine was broken and the place where you would place the ice bin (if there had been one provided) was filled with trash. Vending machines empty and not working. Final insult was when a roach crawled across the bed. You might ask why did I stay the 2 nights? Because I had prepaid and was told no refund was available. I had just driven 10+ hours and could not afford to pay for this hotel and go look for and pay for another hotel. See photos."
