A refreshed one-bedroom cabin beside the parking area for easy access—still perched directly over the river. Sleep well on a Helix hospitality mattress with blackout shades/curtains. Enjoy a 43" Smart TV across from the bed, puzzles/games, and an electric fireplace with adjustable heat. The screened porch adds privacy curtains, twinkle lights, and a dining table. Kitchenette includes mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig, dishes, and utensils. A calm, convenient base for two (and pets).

The River Otter, a cozy one-bedroom riverside cabin, is located next to the parking area, offering convenient access to your vehicle while still providing a peaceful escape. Sitting directly on the banks of the Pemigewasset River, this cabin immerses you in the natural beauty of the White Mountains.

The cabin accommodates up to two guests and includes the following:

**Sleeping Arrangements:**

One queen-sized bed with a brand-new, medium-firm Helix hospitality mattress, premium pillows, fresh linens, blackout shades, and curtains for restful sleep. Guests often enjoy nature’s own “sound machine” - the calming river outside.

**Bathroom:**

Freshly renovated bathroom featuring new tiled floors, updated vanity, stand-up shower, fresh towels, hand towels, and complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

**Entertainment & Comfort:**

43" Smart TV (Netflix, Prime, etc.) mounted across from the bed, plus a selection of puzzles and games. The cabin also features an electric fireplace insert with adjustable heat and realistic flame effects - perfect for relaxing evenings. (Please note: the original wood-burning fireplace is not in use.)

**Screened-In Porch with River View:**

Private screened-in porch directly overlooking the river, enhanced with privacy curtains, twinkle lights, and a table with chairs - ideal for a riverside dinner, morning coffee, evening relaxation, or a cozy game night.

**Refreshment Station:**

Includes a mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, cups, bowls, and utensils - great for quick meals or snacks. Guests also have access to our outdoor communal charcoal grills, picnic areas, and seasonal dining spaces.

Guests enjoy full access to the riverside "Pemi Pub" (next to Cabin #5), communal charcoal grills with covered dining areas, an outdoor shuffleboard court (equipment stored in the Pemi Pub), communal fire pits (firewood available for purchase onsite), free Wi-Fi, free onsite parking, pet-friendly accommodations, and no cleaning fees.

**Location & Nearby:**

Pemi Cabins is located directly on Route 3, across from Whale's Tale Waterpark. Flume Gorge is approximately 1.5 miles away, with Cannon Mountain and Loon Mountain ski areas just 7 and 5 miles away, respectively - well situated for year-round outdoor adventures in the White Mountains.
