Rowan House, Ashlin Farm Barns

Rowan House is a detached architect-designed brick property within the South Field area of our site, overlooking fields to the rear and directly opposite the central pond. The barn has been sympathetically designed to provide optimum privacy, space and comfort for up to 10 guests, just a stone’s throw from the vibrant city of Lincoln. So whether you would like to hunker down in front of the log burner, step out for a country walk, or explore our beautiful city of Lincoln and the Lincolnshire coastline, Ashlin Farm Barns is the perfect place to be.

The exterior of the barn is traditional in design, fitting in well with the Lincolnshire landscape. The large contemporary and comfortable open-plan interior is warm and welcoming with an attractive, quality finish with style and comfort throughout. The kitchen is very well-stocked and has everything you need from the washing machine and tumble dryer to the drinks cooler, ideal for self-catering accommodation. Gather your family and friends around the large dining table to enjoy some delicious local food before sinking into the 10 seater sofa and cosying up by the log burner. Logs are provided throughout your stay and additionally, there is underfloor heating to keep you nice and warm.

Beyond the comfort of the main open plan living area are five super-king size bedrooms, all of which can be split into two single beds, if you prefer. There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the first floor, each individually styled with their own en-suite facilities and wall mounted TV’s. Other facilities in Rowan House include a separate utility room (with a washing machine, drying machine and an additional fridge), and a separate family bathroom with a bath tub.

To the front is a large private entrance space driveway. To the rear, Rowan House boasts an enclosed private garden, and has far reaching views over the Lincolnshire countryside, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The garden has the luxury of its own huge swim spa seating ten people, heated outdoor shower, illuminated seating area and barbecue. Not forgetting the garden room, a separate private space to enjoy with its own sheltered seating and bi-folding doors looking onto the garden. Come day or night, the garden is the perfect space for relaxing with family or friends, whatever the occasion.
