We highly recommend this property! It is an older home, but it is well-maintained and extremely clean. Everything in the house is labeled and the home is very well stocked. We didn’t have kids, but There is an awesome room for kids with a Wii and videos. The outdoor space is amazing. We loved this property!

Year 3 with my best friends

The house was beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen was very nice. We all enjoyed our stay very much even on the rainy day. Check in was easy.

Annual Fall Getaway

We’re a group of ladies who have been coming to Lincoln City ever fall for about 30 years. Lawton’s View is one of the best places we’ve stayed at, especially for the view, and we got it for a very good price! It’s a short drive to the mall and good restaurants, and quite close to beach access. This home is on several levels, and all levels require stairs to access them, so you’ll want to keep that in mind if there are mobility issues.

Big Family Fun Vacation

Wonderful view!! The second we entered, we immediately saw whales directly out the large windows facing the ocean. Each day we spotted whales, sea lions, harbor seals and endless birds. We also saw people surfing. A short drive down the hill takes you to the beach entrance. One of our family members was lucky to find a glass “float” put out by Lincoln City. The house was very roomy, plenty of cookware for big meals, lots of eating plates and utensils. It has endless games, puzzles, movies and a game room down the hall away from the main living room, kitchen. Even beach play toys and kites! Wonderful place! Couldn’t have picked better for 6 adults and 4 children(two teenagers). No issues at all ! Plenty of towels and linens! Stayed a week and wish it could have been longer!

Special Getaway

Beautiful, updated home with amazing views. I feel there was a lack of communication between Beach Haven and VRBO . Lack of it, can make or break a long awaited stay at the beach. We received instructions and directions in.plenty of time prior to arrival. Problem is, the codes we were given for entry into the home were incorrect! Beach Haven was called and a new code was programmed. This was very upsetting to us elderly ladies. Several ladies in our group had mobility issues. The steep climb up to the home entry was very challenging. Arriving in darkness or pouring rain, would be very dangerous for anyone trying to enter the home. This was the only negative issue with this lovely home. Correct information to the guests must be addresses. Cleaning was ok, but The king mattress in the top bedroom had very large urine stains and no matress covers. Pretty gross. Sad, because the home is very updated and clean.

Pure perfection

There were 9 family members ranging n age from 1yr to 80..it was a get together for my 80th birthday. 4.generations..house is well laid out. Comfy beds. Kitchen has anything needed to fix all 3 meals. The view is magnificent. We spent alot of time on the side deck. Easy access to the.beach just several blocks to the north. We would come again.

Beautiful view, comfortable house

Our stay was, overall, great. We will definitely consider this house again in the future. Everything was clean and in reasonably good repair. The door keypads did not work (probably a battery issue) and were not repaired during our visit after reporting them, but there was a garage door opener and backup key easily available that we were able to use. There are stairs up to the main level, but once there everything you need is able to be accessed on one level except for one bedroom/bathroom on the upper level. The view was one of the best that we've had at a beach rental: the windows span the width of the living/dining area. We saw pelicans, osprey, and whales, and enjoyed watching the tide flow in and out on the beach. Beach access is down a steep, narrow road, but is not too far to walk and traffic was reasonable. There is also parking and a bathroom with an outdoor washing station at the beach access. Overall, we loved our stay.

Wife’s 30th birthday.

I wanted to surprise my wife with somewhere really special for her 30th birthday. The view is stunning! This property is reasonably priced and contains the perfect amount of beds/amenities for a group to very comfortably spend time together but still have private spaces. There’s plenty of bathrooms and they were all very clean. 10/10 would recommend this rental.

Great beach experience

Had a wonderful time at this property. Has a great view of the ocean and weather was perfect so we were able to see it. Parking was a bit scary but shouldn’t be deciding factor when staying here.

Whales, bald eagles, oh boy.

Great location on a 100 ft bluff overseeing the ocean. Tons of whale sightings - at a distance so mostly just the spouts so bring binocs. Pair of bald eagles perched on branch next door. House was perfect for us. Did lots of grilling on side deck. Took glass blowing lesson nearby. Very nice drives along the coast.
