「The room was lovely with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We were very close to the beach, but there were a lot of stairs involved and moving down a somewhat steep hill. If you have any mobility issues, this location may not be the best option. In the room, it was clean, bright, and comfortable. We only had a few complaints. The TV remote control would turn the TV on, but the other buttons wouldn't consistently work to do anything else. Also the gas fireplace had a bit of an odor when running, so...

「You should be transparent on your website. You listed this property as a hotel but it is not. You show balcony with the view of the ocean But the view in my room was blocked by trees. The bed was very uncomfortable like sleeping on a cardboard and was squeaky and woke us up all night long. There is no one on the property to help and you need to call 800 number to get someone in Texas to help you. Also upstairs noise was unbearable. This is the worse place I stayed.
