Summary:
Stunning ocean views await you from 216 at D Sands! Take in the ocean breeze from the balcony while getting cozy in front of an intimate gas fireplace, and enjoy a home cooked mean from the full kitchen. This 1 bedroom family suite has plenty of space for 4 people, with a King bed in the bedroom, or a queen bed in the living room. Take the family for a day exploring nearby Lincoln City, or wander down to our easy beach access. We also give guests access to the HOA pool!

The Space:
Stunning ocean views await you from 216 at D Sands! Take in the ocean breeze from the balcony while getting cozy in front of an intimate gas fireplace, and enjoy a home cooked mean from the full kitchen. This 1 bedroom family suite has plenty of space for 4 people, with a King bed in the bedroom, or a queen bed in the living room. Take the family for a day exploring nearby Lincoln City, or wander down to our easy beach access. We also give guests access to the HOA pool!

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Great condo. Beautiful view with balcony on the ocean with steps close by to walk on the beach. Fireplace with couch in front of it and TV were very nice. Super clean and comfortable. We hope to come again

It was amazing!! Our host was amazing as well… very helpful in places to go.. I would highly recommend for a great one on one vacation but also is family oriented!!! I’m definitely looking forward for my next time,,, we are planning once a year..

We stayed here when it was D Sands Motel probably 50 times in the past 25 years so we knew what to expect. The only feedback that makes this not a 5 star stay was the pool. They no longer heat the pool? Maintenance guy we spoke with in the evening was completely casual about it: "It's room temperature." What room would that be?? It's just barely above Oregon ocean water! And NOT once, in the 6 days we were there, did we see anyone in the pool. Why bother then? Hot tub was good except the chorine was so strong you could barely open your eyes while sitting in the water. The same guy said the hot tub was 104. Nope. 100 at best. Felt good but not 104. Also, when we checked in there was a strange smell to the room. Almost like cigarette or pot smell. Aired out and it was better. Oh, and don't bother with minor service requests of the office here. They do not return calls. We had a light burn out in the bathroom, not even a courtesy response. Otherwise, cute room with some nice personal new-owner touches (walk in tub was a nice touch, and updates to the bathroom). Beds were comfortable. Dishes were cute (plastic, which I thought was an excellent idea over the heavy stoneware they used to have--if I have to handwash dishes I don't need dishes that not only can break but weigh a half pound each). It was nice to see typical VRBO touches like games left (which we added to) in the closet, spices left in the cupboard. Overall a great stay and a nice room.

What a perfect location! My bed was 2 feet from the balcony, so we slept with the door open and listened to the ocean all night. Beds were comfy, couldn't hear much of the neighbors at all. The drains in the bathroom were very slow, and the place smells a little old and musty - until the balcony door is open. But this view! This is from the balcony of our room. Thank you!

Great central location for day trips to tons of sights and adventures. The unobstructed ocean view can't be best, with a clean, quiet expanse to walk or play on/in. Unit was very clean and well stocked with the basics for a smaller party. Comfortable beds and great ambience from easy-on gas fireplace. Would definitely stay again if in area.

Another great birthday in Lincoln City!

We loved our stay. Wonderful view of the ocean and beach. We even didn't mind sharing our balcony with the fly-in guests. (The staff had thoroughly cleaned the balcony chairs.) The beds and all furniture was comfy; the fireplace welcoming. The only down side were the stairs to the 2nd floor, but we're old and wobbly. We also had incredible food at Kyllo's restaurant, practically next door. Great time. We'll be back.

Amazing Location

We stayed just a couple nights but it was a great stay. Super easy to check in & out, it was clean, & it had a bed next to the sliding door which opened onto the beach. With the fire place on at night & the door open, it was so peaceful listening to the waves & feeling the fresh ocean breeze. The beds were firm & comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing! Can’t go wrong with an oceanfront view. Both beds were uncomfortable due to the hardness of the mattresses, but the pillows were excellent. The property is in decent shape considering it’s right on the ocean, but it is in need of some deep cleaning to the exterior. Lots of algae growing on the balcony railings that needs a good pressure washing.

Great location. Probably one of the best views because the balcony is literally on the beach. The room I stayed in could use some new cooking pans but overall was a great stay.
