We stayed for 3 nights and spent much of it in the house as a typical Oregon coast early spring wind/downpour raged outside for all of a night and part of the next day, turning to intermittent showers. It is a nice house, with good separation of spaces for kids and adults. The upper space has 3 beds with good separation. Note the lamps. They are fun, and the entire place has nice furnishings and decor. The view is very good, though public utility wires intrude into the view of the ocean. Still, a good view overall. Kitchen well equipped, nice dining table and area, and decent TV's with good channel access. The one caveat I would offer is that it is not a good option for anyone with problems with stairs. There are four flights of varying length. If you have an knee or other leg injury or disability, you may tire of the climb/descent. We did have the misfortune of experiecing a problem with the furnace, which would not ignite. So we spent the first night in a pretty chilly house. But the very accommodating owner agreed that we would obtain a couple space heaters the next a.m. at their expense to save the trip. They worked fine. The owner said trouble shooting the furnace problem would begin the day after our Sunday departure, so no reason to believe that this was either a foreseeable issue or one likely to repeat. I mention it only because working with the owner was very easy, not always the case with other properties we have rented. So enjoy!
