「Alloggio in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Republique da cui si accede a diverse linee metro. Piazza molto frequentata soprattutto da manifestanti. I servizi dell'alloggio sono tutti perfetti, ben attrezzata la cucina e il bagno. Unica pecca l'assenza di detersivo per la lavatrice, mi ha dato una mano una signora che sta lì ma che non ho capito se era una portiera del palazzo oppure no. Certo la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice che sono proprio fuori al monolocale andrebbero...

「When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. 「Apartment was fine for one or two people, though bathroom needs an upgrade. Apartment is in attic at rear building and is not what is shown on website. View to courtyard is nice. Location is good as it is a residential neighbourhood. The corridor to the apartment is below par and even hazardous with exposed piping, wiring and no sign of life safety devices at the ceiling. 「Türe war undicht deshalb eher feucht in der Wohnung, Fenster ging nicht zu, Heizung schwierig zu bedienen und Bedienteil war kaputt, Toaster war kaputt, keine Geschirrtücher vorhanden. Sehr einfach eingerichtet und wenig Platz für Kleidung. Kleiderständer und diverse Tische waren sehr wackelig. Lage ist Zentral.」
