A big thanks to Pol who gave us must see locations in the east side of the island and restaurant suggestions in the area and other areas. We used a hire car to see other others of the island. There is a parking plot behind the apartment for those keen explorers using a hire car. 」

「Property seems very kid friendly, which is nice, but as we did not bring our children this trip, it was loud and overwhelming with kids running all over. Often difficult to get spots at the pool as well. We almost decided to go next door to the Nana Princess instead. Food was pretty good. Facilities have plumbing issues given the smells in the bathroom. Was not pleasant. Good value but not luxury. Live and learn」

「Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden hier jederzeit wieder unsere Ferien verbringen. Eine wunderbare Hotelanlage im Stil eines Dorfes mit einer schönen und grossen Poolanlage, einem gleich darunter gelegenem privatem und bezauberndem Strandabschnitt und äusserst freundlichem Personal. Auch die Zimmer waren sehr schön, sauber und gut eingerichtet.」

「We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at Koutouloufari Village Holiday Club. The apartment was fantastic, the pool area was lovely and quiet and the location was amazing - there are so many great restaurants all within walking distance. Staff were attentive, friendly and couldn’t do more for you, the whole place completely exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was great, I’d recommend including this on booking as it’s expensive to pay daily. Can’t wait to come back, thank you!」

「Wir haben hier 14 Tage gewohnt, inkl. Frühstück. Sehr, sehr gepflegte und schöne Anlage. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr neu renoviert, alles sehr modern. Es besteht aus dem Haupthaus, sowie einem großen und kleineren Nebenhaus sowie 6 Suiten mit eigenem Pool (alles max 50m auseinander). Zum Strand sind es ca. 300m. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, wobei fast alle Zimmer zur Seite oder nach hinten sind. Dennoch konnten wir nur mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. War aber dank super...

「The whole place was very beautiful. It looks like a showcase room/ house for a magazine. The room was modern and chic. The surrounding area was spacious and the pool was gorgeous. 「Wir waren eine Woche Gast hier und es hat uns im allgemeinen gut gefallen! Die neue Pool Landschaft ist ein Wahrer Traum und wirklich richtig schön. Man sollte aber wie auch in anderen Hotels einfach früh genug da sein da Liegen schon vor 8 Uhr am Morgen von unverschämten Gästen den ganzen Tag reserviert werden. Das sollte meiner Meinung nach kontolliert werden. Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich und die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich. Wir haben leider eins von den älteren Zimmer...

「Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Essen und der Service sehr gut. Es ist eine kleine Anlage mit kurzen Wegen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und entspannt. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und schön renoviert, nur der Balkon war sehr klein. Nach ca 10 min zu Fuß war man im Zentrum. Direkt über die Straße war das Meer, aber kein Strand bzw nur sehr grober Kies. 」

「Nettes Appartment direkt im Zentrum von Heraklion. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, inkl. Super Restaurants. Wir waren für einen Langzeit Urlaub dort und waren begeistert. Einziges Manko (da wir häufiger in Heraklion Apartments mieten) es wird nur auf Anforderung und extra Zahlung zwischendurch geputzt welches nicht so einfach zu organisieren war, selber kann man nicht putzen da kein Gerät vor Ort ist. Trotzdem werden wir wegen der Lage gerne wieder kommen ! 」

「Lovely hotel. Check in took a little longer than usual. We got ripped off by the taxi from the airport (not the property’s fault but wouldn’t have happened if they had sent us a complimentary shuttle like most other hotels do). Rooms were spacious and nice but housekeeping needs to do better as there were dust and cobwebs in the room. The food was the best part of our stay. The pools are very nice. The beach is a long ways down, not handicap accessible though. Very nice gym and spa. 」
