It’s our second time staying there, Sr. Bedoya is extremely helpful, apartment is clean, the area is safe and you can walk to grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Just FYI it doesn’t have AC, traffic is loud and it’s very humid because it’s very close to Pacific Ocean. That’s not their fault it’s the location, to us it’s worth it. Everyone is polite and helpful, and even if you need transportation Sr. Bedoya can help with that too. I had to make changes due to a family emergency and he was very understanding and accommodating. We will continue to stay here next time we travel to Lima.

Very disappointed about this apartment. This is my second time staying in this building but not at the same apartment. The building is great and clean. Very pleased the first time, but not the second time. Sheets were dirty and stained, towels looked like rags, paper and towel holders hanging by a thread. Dish rack rusted, closets had a terrible musty smell.

The location of this apartment is well appointed in Miraflores, which facilitates easy access to alot of tourist activities in Lima. The building also has a concierge desk so you don't feel lonely as you come and go. The unit itself is ok - clean, has amenities for a comfortable stay and the furnishing is tasteful. The host, Guillermo, tries to respond quickly to calls and messages, but there were a couple of occasions when we tried to reach him regarding some concerns and he took too long to respond. We got cleaning service a couple times during our 9 night stay and that was appreciated. Lima was very cold during our visit and the apartment has no heating amenities so we did not look forward to "going home" in the evenings. Our host offered a portable light to provide some heating. This helped only marginally. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and had to move to a 1 bedroom for one night because the water heater broke and also caused some flooding (which we understand is no one's fault). We think we should have been offered a lower rate for at least that night (especially since the price for our stay seemed high relative to daily living expenses in Lima - which we observed after we got there) but Guillermo disagreed.

It is in a nice area of Lima, very close to a supermarket which we walked to many times, as there is a kitchen in the apt. with stove, fridge, oven and microwave. We had a few problems with TVs when we first arrived but the issues were solved quickly. We were there for 3 weeks so a good alternative to a hotelroom.

Great Apartment

Our host, Guillermo, was fantastic. We arrived early and he stored our luggage for us. He provided us several excellent restaurant recommendations; Miraflores is an excellent foodie neighborhood and the apartment is well situated to take advantage. The 3 bedroom apartment layout is great; we comfortably slept 3 adults and 4 kids without opening the living room sofa bed. One note, the apartment mostly uses EU style electrical plugs, so if you are coming from the US with a bunch of devices, you may want to bring a couple adapters.

I liked the location of the property; its in the heart of Miraflores which is a bustling neighborhood. I did not like the fact that the property does not have heat or central air. It was freezing while we were there and we ended up checking out of Urbano Apartments at 10pm the night we checked in because it was too cold to sleep. The property manager offered to bring us extra blankets but we needed HEAT. If the description of the property included the fact that they did not have heat or AC I would not have booked it. Luckily, Expedia and the property manager were willing to refund our money.

Appartement sympa et bien situé proche des restaurants. Dommage que le cumulus d’eau chaude ne soit pas prévu pour que 2 personnes puissent prendre leur douche ! Idem pour le chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas. Bref une expérience très mitigée dans cet appart. Je regrette d’avoir dépenser autant pour ça !

The apartment is in a great location of Miraflores, with supermarkets, restaurants, transportation closed by. The building is very well kept in one of the best areas of the city. Security and reception area with security 24 hrs is a plus. Guillermo was very helpful in whatever it was needed. The swimming pools were great during our stay. Weather was 30C almost everyday.

Самый главный момент. Зачем люди снимают апартаменты? Чтобы там жить, как дома. Дома мы готовим себе еду. Здесь это было делать проблематично. Очень скудно оборудована кухня. Ни приличной посуды, ни достаточного количества приборов, три бокала, три стакана, страшноватая миска для салата. Ножи тупые и маленькая сковорода без крышки (на пятерых гостей). Встречать с этим Новый год было крайне проблематично. Соль, перец, масло - всё это отсутствует. Зато были бумажные полотенца. Холодильник, вытяжка есть и работают. Стиральная машина есть, порошка нет. Несколько туалетов (три с половиной). Полотенца, туалетная бумага - это всё есть. Wifi с переменным успехом, хотя всё равно лучший из того, что был в Перу. Мебель опрятная. Дом с охраной, два заявленных бассейна в наличии, на крыше есть зона отдыха со столиками, с балкона видна панорама Мирафлореса. Кровати удобные. Недалеко продуктовый супермаркет Vivanda (не из самых бюджетных). P.S. на фото вся посуда, найденная в доме (помимо сковороды)
