Staff were definitely next level helpful, I actually wish I could give them more stars, especially Nguyen who helped us find a taxi in the rain. He was amazing. Great location in Shinjuku, beds were very hard though. Breakfast was also really nice... Thank you 🙏

Rooms were smaller by American standards but on par with hotels in Asia and Europe. Not enough room to keep luggage but staff did a great job cleaning up and samenities. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Stayed on top floor with 2 twin mattress beds plus 2 tatami bed. Not much room to move and have the suitcases open but the room is comfortable and quiet either way a wi die looking out. Bathroom lights not good for makeup/shaving plus the air conditioner makes quite loud noises when the air flow is on lowest. Nice shower. And a tea/coffee machine. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Convenient location for train rides, food and shopping. We feel very safe walking around in the neighbourhood late at night. 2x convenience stores nearby. It’s also very close to the airport limousine bus to Haneda Airport. Overall, a very good experience.

Excellent location. Quite comfortable room in the heart of Shinjuku's night life. A couple of blocks from the train station and just 35 minutes in Uber from Haneda's airport. Please if you have kids, be aware first of everything is going on at Shinjuku. It is quite safe, but I would recommend it to families with young adults at least. I totally recommend it.
