A una cuadra del departamento está el Centro Comercial El Polo, donde hay una gran variedad de restaurantes. Puedes comer comida japonesa (Su hito), china (Mr. Chino), peruana (Isolina) italiana (Dánica), postres (Palachinke), Fast Food (McDonald’s) y desayuno (La Baguette y Sarcletti), etc.). Además, hay tiendas, bancos (BCP, BBVA, Interbank, Scotiabank), farmacias, entre otros. El departamento también está situado a 200m de la Embajada de Estados Unidos. Se puede caminar a ambos lugares sin ningún problema. La zona es muy segura. El Apartamento está en la Calle Padre Luis Tezza 139 que tiene en un lado la Av. El Polo y en la otra esquina la Av. Encalada (cda 12). Ambas son vías muy importantes en el distrito de Surco. Por lo tanto, es muy fácil conseguir un taxi a cualquier hora. También tienes la opción de usar los APPs de Uber, Cabify, Beat, etc.
El servicio de Lavandería (lavadora y secadora) por 15 soles ($5) se puede lavar y secar 4kg (10lb) de ropa. Contactarse con Lucho (cel.980422448) que es el encargado del mantenimiento del edificio.
A 10 minutos de distancia está el Centro Comercial Jockey Plaza que es uno de los más grandes y completos de la ciudad.
La zona es muy tranquila y segura. Durante el día hay mucha actividad por la cercanía a la Embajada Americana. Durante la noche el Centro Comercial El Polo, que está a 100m, tiene movimiento por los restaurantes y tiendas que están abiertas hasta las 10pm
