"This place is amazing! We were greeted by Fransesco upon our arrival and he was the kindest and most inviting host I’ve ever had at a hotel. He brought drinks to us at the poolside along with homemade focaccia and olive oil made by his own family on this estate. "We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Galatea; the apartment and proximity to the beach was amazing. Our experience was lessened by the conversation with the property manager when we arrived. This is a 3 bedroom apartment however only had 2 sets of sheets/towels (which we paid extra for)! When we responded that we were missing a set, the response was totally inappropriate: “how was I to know you needed 3 sets of sheets?” What? And further was told I had to go find them the next day. Brutal"
