I brought this to the attention of management and they promptly moved us to an upgraded room that was very clean. I appreciated the quick resolution. The complimentary cooked hot breakfast and omelette station was also very nice. "

"Tiny aunts crawling on the nightstand. Room was supposed to be “accessible” but only the bathroom was. Would not recommend this room type if you use a wheel chair or walker. Bed was super comfortable, had to fix my own tv (it was wired wrong and wasn’t getting a signal). Front desk didn’t seem to want to be bothered by it. Pretty quiet for the most part except the people next door. For some reason they gave me an adjoining room. People across the hall smoking pot. I have no issues with that, but, it’s a “smoke free” hotel"

"Overall good experience. Felt safe at this location. Needed a last minute hotel when our flight was cancelled. Very nice that they offer a shuttle to and from ORD. Breakfast spread was great!"
