Customer Service is average, carry your own towel, body lotion, body wash before you go this hotel and carry food as well. There is a no vending machine. Just only coffee machine there breakfast not available. Room empty then furniture.

Premier Inns Tolleson
I requested a non-smoking room and the room reeked with smoke. I was told they didn't have any left so they couldn't give me a non-smoking room. The carpet was stained and rumpled and filthy looking. I checked out 15 minutes after checking in and I was able to get a refund at the hotel.

This VRBO is so spacious. Enough room for a family to spend time together. It was 102 degrees which was hard to deal with but other than that and no grass, we had a great time.
