"We booked a Bay View room and all we can see is a Palm Tree.... do not book room 209 unless you want to b just see a palm tree for extra money "

Noise from neighboring rooms was quite noticeable, particularly in the early morning when we were trying to sleep in. I would have expected better soundproofing, as found in many other hotels, but that was not the case here. The room was also not very functional—there was only one chair, and the table was too small, making it uncomfortable to sit and eat. Additionally, the amenities felt lacking given the added cost of the resort fee. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for my family."

"This hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff was friendly, the hotel grounds were gorgeous and the amenities were fantastic. There were plenty walkable restaurants and views. We especially enjoyed the pool and poolside bar and restaurant. We will definitely stay here again. "
