「Basic room but clean and comfortable. Great location, very much accessible to ferry station and restaurants. Very old TV must be upgraded to smart TV. Information about Ferry timings is incorrect from reception. They give you the information for the cheapest fare only but there are speed boats available with few Euros more. Same is true for bus rides which are free after 7 pm but you can pay small amount for your convenient timings to catch the Ferry from other stations. 」

「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「ホテルはベリンゾーナ郊外の住宅地にあり、世界遺産の観光にはとても不便でした。ホテルの部屋から隣のアパートの住民が芝刈りをする様子がよく見えます。 雨が降っていたので特に考えずにホテルのレストランで食事をしましたが、田舎ホテルのレストランにも関わらず、お値段がミシュランの2つ星ぐらいしてびっくりでした。 メインは鳩のお肉を頼み、味は良かったものの、飴玉ほどの大きさのお肉が4粒ほど出てきたのみで、女性の私でも夕食後もお腹がすいたままでした。結局ホテルから5分ぐらいあるイタリアレストランに行き、ポルチーニのリゾットをテークアウェイする羽目になってしまいました。」

「We had a great stay at this boutique hotel. Reception staff were very helpful and attentive. They helped us with booking dinner reservations at restaurants nearby. As a guest, we got lake access at the day beds. Also we got premium seating with the amazing view. The room was clean and breakfast buffet was nice. Highly recommend! 」
