Perfect location

We were in town for a concert and basketball game.. Perfect location to walk to Rupp and plenty of restraunt locations. We drove and checked out a couple Bourbon disterillies as well. We come down from Michigan at least once a year. If this location is available we will stay here again .

Love the view!

Place was super clean, and the view from the bedroom was great! I loved laying in bed and looking at the city lights. Location was wonderful. Perfectly located between the college (walkable) and the fun places downtown. Would stay again if I return to the city!

UK Homecoming Stay

My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights over UKs Homecoming weekend. The unit is very nice, feels brand new. It is very conveniently located within walking distance of all downtown restaurants, bars, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice place, would rent again

The condo was well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated. The wide windows were nice. It is downtown which means it can be a bit noisier than some places but it is very convenient and you can walk to most places downtown. My ife and I agreed we'd consider renting it again

Clean, great view, great location, easy access! Thin walls, loud AC and curtains didn’t close all the way, which let light in at all hours. would stay there again out of convenience.

Great location and property :)

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was lovely and clean. The location was fantastic, we were able to walk to dinner each night. I thought parking might be a hassle but it wasn’t at all; I was able to park on the street close to the building during my stay. And Lexington is full of really friendly people! I’d definitely stay here again.

Great for business travel

This property is in the heart of downtown and conveniently located. It's very clean and the bed was comfortable. My only caution is that this is located in a very busy area, so the noise level at night can be loud with passing sirens, loud cars/motorcycles and people partying. The public parking situation is also not ideal and can get expensive.

thriller parade

Location perfect. Just had to walk out the front door to watch the Halloween Thriller Parade. The bay of windows also had a fantastic view of Main Street. Great communication with Claire. Some Wifi problems, but a repairman was sent out quickly to fix the problem. Will stay again.
