「The Peaceful Cottage was very comfortable, extremely clean, and well appointed. After driving on the I-5 all day, it was a cool respite in the heat on my journey. I really liked the little yard for my dog. I only stayed one night but it is close to Redding and Shasta lake dam which was pretty to see in the evening. There are a few restaurants in Shasta Lake town but many more options in nearby Redding. Overall, it was a very nice night's stay.」

「I like staying at this hotel when I am in town for work. Rooms are always spotless, bathrooms are huge and beds are comfortable. They provide hot and cold water to drink and an assortment of tea. 」

「It was Very Beautiful all in all. Inside and out. Very clean, the atmosphere was very Welcoming and felt like home! All in All my experience of rate 10/10. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay out there!」

「Great location for a family reunion. Lots of space to gather together, but nice to have the cabins as personal space. We had a great time, cooked in every night, hiked and boated during the day. Kitchen facilities are very nice although we had some trouble getting the ovens to work but suspect that was operator error. The host was very responsive to all our communications and quickly got back to us about any questions we had. Beautiful location, would happily come back here!」
