「Neat older home with great detail. Beds were not very comfortable. Overall it was good for our 2 night stay. James responded quickly.」

「We were only there overnight. Clean, in a good neighborhood, close to the falls and restaurants. Shower leaked water from the head and was too lose to take a shower. Beds were comfortable and slept well ( but had been up 24 hours traveling so was very tired). Our quiet time was 10 pm. One bedroom was noisy with a child upstairs yelling and swearing at his video games. Owner and son stay upstairs. Our nice vehicle was parked along the road as expected. The owner came out to water a small tree...

「We had a great stay at this home in Buffalo. The space was beautifully decorated with thoughtful art pieces throughout, which made it feel warm and inviting. There was plenty of room to spread out, and everything was comfortable and well laid out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area, especially with a group!」

「When I booked this property it was supposed to be a 5 bed/2ba house with a pool and hot tub. 2 weeks before our stay I received a voicemail from VRBO informing me that the host had changed the details of the house - it was now a 3 bed/1 ba house. I contacted the host and he said VRBO made a mistake and that it was only 3 bedrooms. After multiple calls with VRBO (and ultimately talking to a supervisor), the host called me to say that he can give me 5 bedrooms (both units of a duplex house). When...

「Close to the falls, felt safe. Clean on all rooms. The only negative is there needs to be thicker curtains in the front room for privacy, and the blond in 2nd bedroom needs fixed as it felt like we wereyrying to sleep in the lights. Also, really needs a personal touch in living room, there are no decorations on the walls and needs better seating. But al in all great place!!T 」
