「Nice place on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. Easy walk to great restaurants, coffee shops and parks. The house is spacious and comfortable with a great kitchen and a proper shower (not the hazardous stand-alone tub with the 360 degree curtain common to this area) and the host was wonderful. We were in Buffalo during a pretty hot stretch for that time of year but the a/c kept the space cool and comfortable. This will definitely be my go-to place for future visits to Buffalo! 」

「Very convenient (7/10 of a mile) to marathon weekend activities at the convention center. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in the lower unit of the duplex. There were upstairs guest as well and we didn’t hear them at all. The unit was clean and comfortable. I especially loved the comfort bed and the white tea shampoo (my fave scent!) 「This cute and surprisingly quiet space is just outside downtown buffalo. It's still in a lovely and lively neighbourhood that held a farmers market over the weekend while we were there! I would 100% book this space again, perfect size and very clean」

「Location was great! Neighborhood was nice and good for walking the dog. Property owner was responsive when items were needed for the rental. The entire rental needs a deep clean and some more seating for the TV room. Maybe a few upgrades to the furniture, appliances, kitchen ware etc.」

「We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay here . It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Dennis and Cheryl were so friendly and gave us some fantastic dining recommendations. It was a short drive to the Falls so the location was fantastic. The owners even got me a mini cherry cheesecake for my birthday which was super yummy . If we would come back to this area someday, I would 100% stay here again . 」
