Can be noisy at night with crowds but if you choose to stay here you should expect it. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It feels worn and saggy. Joivy was a great company to work with. 「All was great. This is a working stable with horses and those many that have to care for horses, plus at least one friendly dog. You felt welcomed and that was appreciated. With a 15 minute drive you are in North Berwick and so close to John Muir park and Seacliff. Seacliff is special. The only, and minor, negative was that it was not a peaceful place when we were there- lots of tree trimming (Chain saw) and chipping- so very noisy at times. 「Eight of us stayed in this home for one night. The home was impeccable and roomy, which is what we needed on our last night of vacation. If there is one drawback, it is that the home is located a few miles from the city center and, for us, not a walkable distance. But other than that, all in our group recommended this home. 」

「Rental too far from center of town. Need a vehicle to get to town, or a very long walk.The frig leaked water on the kitchen floor. The fire/smoke alarms went off a couple of times during stay, but the last evening they went off three times, the last time at 12:45 A. M. Very annoying.」
