PORT LEUCATE (11), On the 4th floor of the Nefs des Sables residence, with a terrace, shower room, toilet, living room with open-plan kitchen, one sleeping alcove bedroom, one mezzanine bedroom, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and private parking.
Shops are 400 meters away, and the beach is directly in front of the residence.

Sleeping arrangements: 2 double beds and 2 single beds
This apartment enjoys a pleasant location, allowing you to easily access the beach without needing a car. Aqualand water park is 1,500 meters away.

Beautiful sandy beach in front of the residence, with no roads to cross.

Optional additional services: Linens are not provided but can be reserved in advance and collected when you pick up the keys.

Port Leucate (11), on the 4th floor of the Nefs des Sables residence. End-of-stay cleaning is available upon request to the agency and payable on arrival.

A security deposit of €400 (credit card imprint) is required.

A local tourist tax must be paid on arrival to the service provider. The price varies depending on the hotel's rating and the number of adults.
