「⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing stay. The resort is old, dirty, and extremely rundown. We had a cockroach and a lizard in our room, and the bathroom was tiny, outdated, and dirty. The staff seemed like they didn’t care, and the front desk was rude and unhelpful. The only good thing about this place is the beautiful beach and water. Unfortunately, that’s not enough for me to recommend staying here. I would not return.」

「First and foremost the property was not anything like the pictures provided. The photos showed a crisp new residence, we walked into a well used and abused rental. Not very clean, a lot of hack job maintenance. The beds were pretty bad, very hard, and what’s up with a 32” TV! Thankfully we came to see the sights and activities which were great. The people at the resort were all top notch, that’s why I am giving 4 stars. The amenities were great! The weather and scenery beautiful!」
