"Great villa, great location, we enjoyed the space."

"The house was beautiful and the stay was amazing. I've stayed at a lot of different homes in my travels and this was by far the most gracious and best host I have ever had. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. I would strongly recommend this property or any property that these owners have. I would gladly stay with them again, and would hopefully stay at this property again.The property was well cared for and every bit as amazing if not more so then the pictures show. I can't wait for my next visit.Location was also ideal for us, being just across the boarder on the French side but still very close to the Dutch side and in our opinion some of the best beaches in St. Martin. If you want a busier beach with restaurants nearby that's available within 5 min. If you want a private secluded beach with no one around, that's available within 5 min. It has all the best things the island has to offer within a short distance."

"Location is the best! Easy to get to from the airport. If you arrive midafternoon or later you want to stay close to Maho or you will be in hours of traffic as you go toward Simpson Bay. Best pool we have been in on the island. Larger than most villas we have stayed in on the Island. Pat the house keeper is excellent , the grounds keeper keeps things nice and tidy. Recommend Miskito spray and bring water shoes as lite showers makes the tile step a bit slippery. This is our second stay at this villa and we have it reserved again next year"

"If you thought the photos did this place justice, be prepared to be wowed! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and private. The kitchen and outdoor spaces were perfect for our group of 10 adults. The kitchen and bbq grills were used quite extensively. If we weren’t in the kitchen, we were in the pool, which was well maintained. We loved the built-in pool bar, as it provided a great place to visit, keep cool, and soak up the sunshine while enjoying the spectacular views. Oliver (the property manager) was fantastic. As soon as we booked, he reached out immediately for any questions we had. His responses were prompt. He met us upon arrival and gave us a tour. He kept us well informed when workers would be on the property. He made it a priority to ensure he sent us off with a gracious fair-well. We could not have been happier with our experience. It exceeded our expectations, so much so, we would have loved to extend our stay!"

The pool is great as is the ability to open the walls of the main villa creating a truly open air living room, dining and kitchen areas. Cupecoy and it's restaurants and market are nearby. Long Beach and Baie Rouge are minutes away. The location is great and we loved our stay!"
