"Location is the best! Easy to get to from the airport. If you arrive midafternoon or later you want to stay close to Maho or you will be in hours of traffic as you go toward Simpson Bay. Best pool we have been in on the island. Larger than most villas we have stayed in on the Island. Pat the house keeper is excellent , the grounds keeper keeps things nice and tidy. Recommend Miskito spray and bring water shoes as lite showers makes the tile step a bit slippery. This is our second stay at this villa and we have it reserved again next year"

"Our stay at Villa C’est la Vue was absolutely perfect. This is truly one of the best vacation rentals we have experienced in St. Martin.First of all, Sonia and Christophe are exceptional hosts. Their welcome was incredibly warm and they were always responsive and helpful whenever needed. They live in a house at the entrance of the property, which provides both excellent service and a great feeling of security, while still giving guests full privacy.The location is outstanding. The beautiful beaches of Terres Basses are only 3 minutes away, and the beach across from Porto Cupecoy is just a short 2-minute walk. It’s the perfect place if you want to enjoy some of the most stunning beaches on the island.The villa itself is full of charm and character. Unlike many ultra-modern villas that can feel cold or impersonal, this home has soul, warmth, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. You immediately feel comfortable, like being in your own home.The view is simply breathtaking, and the rooftop terrace is a dream. It’s the perfect spot to relax and have a quiet drink while taking in the incredible scenery. The entire property has a wonderful peaceful and zen ambiance.We are also very grateful to Sonia and Christophe because they saved the end of our vacation. "If you thought the photos did this place justice, be prepared to be wowed! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and private. The kitchen and outdoor spaces were perfect for our group of 10 adults. The kitchen and bbq grills were used quite extensively. If we weren’t in the kitchen, we were in the pool, which was well maintained. We loved the built-in pool bar, as it provided a great place to visit, keep cool, and soak up the sunshine while enjoying the spectacular views. Oliver (the property manager) was fantastic. As soon as we booked, he reached out immediately for any questions we had. His responses were prompt. He met us upon arrival and gave us a tour. He kept us well informed when workers would be on the property. He made it a priority to ensure he sent us off with a gracious fair-well. We could not have been happier with our experience. It exceeded our expectations, so much so, we would have loved to extend our stay!"

"The staff make this hotel. They are wonderful, polite, engaging and charming. Nothing is too much effort. The beach is stunning and empty and without any hawkers which makes it totally safe to leave your bag by your lounger whilst you swim etc. "

"The host was an excellent and frequent communicator. He was responsive to all requests and was always available with a short turn around on responses. There were no surprises. Especially love the explicit directions to the house. The pool area is as advertised, and it was the focal point of our vacation.
