「The reception was polite and friendly - a warm welcome after an 8 hour drive was refreshing to say the least. He was detailed in his explanations, but not overly so. It was obvioust that he took great pride in doing his job well and also in the hotel. The room was CLEAN and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. Great job!」
「Checkin was quick and painless. Room was great and the pool area was fantastic (yay!! Waterslide!!). We only stayed one night but slept like the dead when bedtime arrived and the kids had a great time at the pool. I could strongly urge the hotel to invest in some lifejackets for use by kids.」

Your staff immediately said yes they had a room for me at a very reasonable rate and told me go on over. It was so reassuring to have a place so close to the hospital .
