「C’est la seconde fois que nous choisissons cet établissement. Le rapport qualité/prix est très intéressant. Le personnel est à l’écoute, aimable et réactif. Les appartements de la résidence sont fonctionnels, idéaux pour des familles. La résidence est pour autant calme, avec également beaucoup de couples (jeunes et seniors). 「O apartamento é bom, e bom espaço. Mas está um pouco descuidado, não tem nenhum isolamento acústico entre os quartos, não tem recepção a todo tempo. Falta o básico como papel higiênico e produtos de limpeza.」

「Beds were not as advertised nor sleeping arrangement. Many things were not available either such as pool and sauna. This was due to the virus as told by staff, but that was not mentioned in advertissement. In fact you continued to advertise all as if it was available. Not at all what i expected and paid for. Very dissapointed. You advertised many things that were not true.」

「Luckily for us it snowed the day before & the ski lift was open meaning we could ski to & from the apartment block. Checking in was busy, a large group had just arrived so it took 30 mins to get checked in. Long walk down to shops, restaurants etc, long walk back up many steps after.」

「Wir sind mit 3 Erwachsenen gereist. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem zuständigen Concierge über WhatsApp war hervorragend, Ein- und Auschecken verlief problemlos. Das kleine Zimmer für die 3. Person ist sehr eng und dunkel, da das Fenster direkt auf den Flur des Gebäudes geht und somit meist verschlossen sein sollte (mit Fensterladen). Das Etagenbett ist auch nicht für große Erwachsene geeignet. Der Balkon mit dem Traumblick ist wunderbar...
