When arrived at the hotel, there was no body at the reception, or any explanation. I called the phone three times but the line was cut unilaterally, I knock the door but no reply. I found the bell behind the desk, which was hidden so that the customer can't ring. The reception mist came 10-15 minutes later and became very adrassive when I complaint. I understand that she was alone which I totally understand but there should be a memo at the reception to ask to wait a bit or leave a bell and prepare a message on the telephone answering machine. Nothing was prepared. I wrote a message to the manager as I was recommended by the receptionist, but I don't receive any reply neither. Hotel was Ok but the service was Aoi of question (I noticed that there are other good receptionists that I have to admit but my bad experience supersede).

立地が良いのと、台湾人のスタッフがめちゃ対応良くて感動レベル。 妻の誕生日だと伝えたらワインとパンケーキもプレゼントしてくれた。最高の滞在になりました。 まああえて言うなら、電気のスイッチを部屋ごとにオンオフ出来なくて不便でした。

The staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming. As a traveler from Japan, I really appreciated their warm and helpful service in English, and I never had any trouble communicating with them. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was very satisfied with my stay. If I had to mention one small thing, I would have liked the lighting to be a little brighter. The breakfast was wonderful! I especially enjoyed the pain au chocolat and hot chocolate every morning. So delicious — truly Belgium! I also really appreciated the complimentary coffee service. The popcorn machine was also a lovely little surprise! I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Belgium. Thank you!
