"Aesthetically pleasing, within a secure complex, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, Patios du Marais is located within walking distance of major attractions such as the Louvre and Notre Dame. Please note, depending on the room location: - There may be multiple flights of narrow stairs to navigate. - Some rooms may face the bustling street, with shops and restaurants directly below."

"Due to a transportation breakdown I had to stay one night in Paris and picked this as being inexpensive and close to the Eiffel Tower. Hotel looks unassuming from the outside but is vintage and very charming inside. Front desk is manned 24 hours so it's no problem getting in if you stay out very late. I had room 426, nice view of the Eiffel Tower from my window and 15 minute walk to get there, lots of restaurants/ bars/ shops in the area but hotel is on a quiet side street. Metro to CDG also only 15 minute walk. "
