"A unique and beautiful setting where sustaining the environment is clearly a priority. The cabin was well equipped and furnished with everything we needed. They have a wonderful set up and extremely helpful staff. The scenery is amazing and great attractions close by.
Unfortunately I have learned how tasty I am to Mauritian mosquitoes and react badly to bites. Despite taking every precaution (repellent, candles, nets, long sleeved clothing), the jungle bugs got me and I left with dozens of bites. So if you are someone susceptible to this, perhaps consider a different accommodation. Not the fault of the owners, of course, just something to be aware of."
