「Average hotel and average experience. It is a fair way from the airport and very difficult to access without a car (we used an Amtrack, then a bus, then had to walk with luggage for about 8 minutes). It has no restaurant and basic facilities.」

「The stuff was so great. The ladies who checked us in and the shuttle driver were so friendly and kind.」

「Hot tub not available . Breakfast is made to order」

「Very clean room, super comfortable bed and soft bedding. We got a very good night’s sleep. Conveniently close to the airport and so nice a free airport shuttle is provided.」

「The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was close by to my appointment at Johns Hopkins Medical Center.」

We immediately reported the problem. Hotel clerk said to send a maintenace personnel to the room. No one came. We had to sleep in the foul smell all night without the AC. Also, the bath drained extremely slow. Next morning we made a compalint about the two problems. The hotel clerk at the counter (a...
