"Very nice property in Baltimore. We attended a concert at CFG arena with easy walking distance. Nice bar and breakfast in the hotel, with nice rooms. Definitely recommend. "

"Advertised photo description of rooms are misleading. Room that we booked looked nothing like the photos of it on Expedia website. Harbor view advertised is blocked by rooftop. 2 sofas/couches advertised - we had 0. Also strange smell in the room. After you check in refunds are not possible. So be aware. Good luck. "

"This is a nice place to stay. For our needs, it was in a great location. It was stocked with all necessary amenities: extra blankets and sheets, towels and washcloths in every bathroom, and toiletries - if you forgot something, you could probably find it. The kitchen had all the necessities.We were there in the winter. We did have an issue where the 2 front rooms were very cold and the 2 back rooms were very warm. We could never find the sweet spot. We thought there may be another heating zone and asked the host if we missed a thermostat. The host responded quickly and offered to send someone to take a look as there was only 1 zone. Since we were leaving for the day, we didn’t want anyone to come over when we weren’t there, so we made do. The folks sleeping in the front room just piled on more blankets. For the back room, we slept with the doors open or cracked.The only reason I deducted a star is due to cleanliness. On the whole, the place was clean. However, a couple of the bathtubs had not been cleaned very well and there was obvious dirt still in the tubs. In the kitchen, the dish drainer really needs to be replaced as there was residue and scum all over it. We couldn’t put clean dishes in it. Additionally, the floors were dirty. I normally wear slipper socks, but they picked up so much dirt and hair (including pet hair), in less than hour, I had to buy slippers. By the time we left, the brand new slippers looked as if I had worn them outside. "

"Safety Hazards & Unresponsive HostThis property is not safe and should not be listed until major repairs are completed.The wood floors are not properly fixed and are a serious hazard, especially in the bedrooms. Some areas feel unstable and unsafe someone could fall through and get seriously hurt. This alone makes the property unlivable.Additional issues:•Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable•Bathroom door does not close•None of the TVs work•Roaches were present (we killed several during our stay)•No dedicated parking, contrary to expectations•No basic cleaning supplies provided•Host did not respond to messages and offered no help or resolutionDo NOT expect to cook while here. We had to eat out everyday here. We are already in town for a funeral, and instead of being able to rest, we were terrified to sleep due to safety concerns. This added stress during an already difficult time and made the stay extremely uncomfortable.I have photos and videos documenting all of these issues, including the flooring hazards and roaches.This property needs immediate repairs and proper pest control. Until then, I would not recommend staying here especially for families, elderly guests, or anyone needing a safe and peaceful place to rest."
