「The room had a sofa with numerous unusual stains, the bathroom light fixture was in disrepair, and the bathroom door was covered in significant graffiti. There were also cockroaches present, which I had to eliminate due to concerns about them entering my luggage. The online images did not accurately represent the property I rented. 「Although I paid for breakfast, I was charged twice and the amount was deducted from my account. I am very dissatisfied.」

「After I asked to pick up at PDX, they picked soon. The shuttle driver was a woman, she was so kind. The room was clean. Our room had 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. It was enough for 4 adults to use. I recommend you this hotel. 」
