Great for family on the road

We booked a family room for 4. 2 children and 2 adults. We slept very well on the double bed and the sofa-bed. The breakfast was good and service excellent. We only stayed one night passing through. The hotel is very central and perfect to get a quick glance of the city centre.

I was surprised at the size of the room for the price I paid. In fact I was surprised at the quality of this hotel for the price I paid. It was amazing, especially being just across the road from the railway station, which I certainly appreciated. Mind you, it is still annoying when the staff speak English when I'm trying to communicate with them in German.

This is a rather well designed mid fifties building. BUT it has no air conditioning so there is a competition for the few fans they have available. That has to be addressed.

Good location. There is only disadvantage that no WiFi service was provided as advertised during booking. Evening front desk service suppose to be more polite when travellers ask to fix the problem with WiFi.

This is a lie !! porky-pie !!

This is NOT a 4 star hotel at all ! This is a big lie ! This place is dirty, super basic, the beds are totally used, the equipment screwed everywhere to hold, the breakfast is worth a motel... The pictures on the internet are many years old and a lie! With a lot of optimism, this could be a 2 star place. @Hotels.com, please immediately clean up such lies from your portal!

Gepäckaufbewahrung wurde angeboten, als wir unserem koffer abhilen wollten stand er unbeaufsichtigt neben der Rezeption. Ihn hätte jeder nehmen können. Nach ein paar minuten kam die Dame von der Rezeption und erwiderte sehr schnippisch wir hätten ihn ja bei der bahn ins Schließfach bringen können.
