「Awesome set up for a short term or long term stay. We stayed for 10 nights and the kitchen, bath and bedroom set up was ideal. Washer and dryer also made it extremely convenient. We will certainly be booking with these hosts again. Thanks for the great experience!」

「Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late. Once I got hold of them it was very pleasant and easy, couldn’t be happier with the property management and the way they took care of me. The apartment is a converted basement, but very cozy and...

「Pet friendly 」

「Room was nice, hosts were very friendly and accomodating. Filtered water and coffee (pot) provided.It is a basement studio of hosts home, in a densely populated neighborhood. 」

「Great location, unit was clean and just what was needed. I do have to say if you are light sleeper like myself this area might not be for you. You will hear road traffic and if you have someone in the unit above you will hear every foot step. The noise machine provided was a great touch to help at night. Overall a good stay.」

「The room was cute and the allowance of having our dogs was why we chose this property. Having said that the check in process wasn't clear using Expedia. There is no management office. You simply needed a code to get a key from a lockbox on the door of your house. The big issue was the multiple spider webs/spiders/and dust all over the place. You can see that the fans and ceilings haven't been cleaned in months if not more. The fire alarm hanging on it's wires went off for no reason twice. ...

「This apartment is a basement that is connected to the upstairs house that has a dog. If you are allergic to dogs, you should not stay here. Other than that, everything else was great. We did not understand that it was a basement apartment, you can hear the people upstairs just like in any normal basement.Sharon is a gem! She lives upstairs and was very responsive to us. She had even prepared a special treat for our daughter. She was very kind and you could tell that she loved what she was doing!...

「Everything seemed clean but unfortunately we did see several roaches and a few other bugs. Also I really want people to know that this is not a kid friendly place. There is a steep flight of stairs that is just open to the apartment. So small children cannot be put down unless left in a room. So that wasn’t very convenient. The owner was very nice and communicative. So I appreciated that.」

「It was exactly what we wanted. Thus, the 5 star. Understand, it is part of a converted barn and is much like a log cabin. So, rustic charm, not 5 star hotel. Ample for a couple's getaway to Asheville. 」
