「Thank you very much for sharing your place! It was close to the homestead crater for diving along with be quiet and very comfortable! Thank you so much!」

「Great place to stay for the weekend and golf courses close by. Clean room, accurate description, will stay again.」

「Outstanding stay. We loved it! The host was very welcoming! Nice, clean and comfy. We had a great time! Thank you!」

「Enjoyed our stay. We did ask for some coffee pods, or a coffee maker and never heard back. Hot tubs were broken. Which was a bummer 」

「The property is fine. We have stayed at other units at Zermatt before, so it was very familiar. Having the two connected units for the extra beds was very helpful for us. What is the same: access to off-road trails, swimming pool, and nearby restaurants. We were able to park out truck and side by side trailer just outside the parking lot, which was very useful for us. The room itself had a terrible urine type smell we couldnt get rid of even with doors open to air out the room. There was also not enough bedding for the pullout sofa. Hotel itself was great- room not so much.」

The unit is in need of updates as the couch is in rough shape with rips and patches that...

It is about a 15-20 min walk to Fairmont Park (has a dog park) and another 5-10 min walk to the main part of Sugar House. Highly recommend an early walk to and around Sugar House Park in the warm months. It is a quick drive from the house to downtown SLC and easy access to...
